festive and intimateThrough the decades, the Forsthaus walls have seen an innumerable amount of festivities, all celebrated with music, wine, and plenty of good cheer. Be it a family reunion, a dinner with good friends, a wedding – the most memorable day of all – or simply a joyful gathering together – we always have reasons to celebrate. All of our accommodations are combinable, providing ideal space for your festivities.Our cozy “Gaststube” offers a maximum of 45 seats, the festive fireside lounge a maximum of 50. Both rooms may also be reserved together – whether both used for dining, or separate dance floor and dining hall – thus combining the entire Forsthaus interior for a private party. The Forsthaus’s three connected terraces – with a maximum of 12, 20, and 33 seats – are the perfect setting for open-air parties. The two larger terraces, through the open doors, combine well with our fireside lounge. This arrangement is ideal for a delicious buffet within the Forsthaus, followed by a relaxing evening in the fresh air. Or maybe you’d like the evening to begin with champagne on an intimate terrace. Or instead, an idyllic reception in our rambling garden. Or, or, or – the possibilities are endless. Even an open-air wedding in our Forsthaus gardens has already taken place. Fitting the occasion, we readily will prepare a personalized menu for you and your guests.
